This notice covers our Thinkific education site and course administration. It is separate from privacy notices that apply to clinical treatment.

Information used for the course

We use the account and contact information you provide, enrollment and order records, video and lesson progress, assessment results, evaluation responses, certificate records, and support correspondence to provide access, administer continuing education, respond to requests, and maintain course records. Thinkific hosts the learning platform and processes information needed to operate it. Payment providers process payment information when checkout is enabled.

Sharing and records

Information may be shared with the service providers needed to operate the course and with an approving body or another recipient when required for course administration, an authorized audit, or applicable legal requirements. Course completion and certificate records may need to be retained for continuing education administration. A deletion request may not remove records we must keep.

Your choices and questions

You can review or update available account details in your profile. To ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or privacy practices, contact [email protected] or 919-583-7910. We will review requests under applicable requirements. Do not submit client-identifying information, health records, or other confidential clinical information in assessments, evaluations, support emails, or course discussions.
